Nestucca Ridge is an established community in Pacific City that borders the Nestucca River. Many homes have wonderful views of the Nestucca and of Cape Kiwanda, including Haystack Rock! Paved trails run from the river to the beach, putting you about 5-10 minutes walk away from either.

Shorepine Village is an award winning community with miles of paved trails perfect for bike riding or exploring! At the West end of the village is a wooden boardwalk that exits onto the shores of Pacific City.

Four sisters is a small community with less than 25 houses. On-site is a playground in the sand for kids which you can see from the front door of most homes in Four Sisters
