A completely enclosed balcony offers sweeping views of Cape Kiwanda, haystack rock, and most of Pacific City. You feel like you are on top of the world from these patio chairs. A large side deck offers private BBQ'ing and a wide sliding glass door in case you bring the steaks in the house to eat on one of the two dining tables. Get cozy in the window seats and read a book or just enjoy the sounds of Pacific City. A loft at the top of the stairs offers a private area with sofa and work desk and of course more views of the amazing ocean. Bring binoculars and watch whales blow, surfers surf, and hang gliders glide. Please no smoking and no pets, cleaning fee $80.00.
