This newly renovated beach house has 2 spacious bedrooms plus a comfortable loft. It is an exception value in vacation rentals in Pacific City Oregon. In the master bedroom you will find a queen bed with quality linens and a flat panel TV/DVD with an private full bath. The second bedroom also has a quality queen bed with TV/DVD and a bathroom just across the hall. In the loft there is a futon; perfect for guests or an afternoon nap. In the living room there is a new flat panel TV/VCR/DVD with high definition cable, games for all ages and books. Cook a fantastic meal in the fully equipped kitchen; and enjoy your masterpiece in the spacious dining room at a table equipped with eight chairs. There is also a gas BBQ on a covered private back porch to enjoy those summer steaks. Everyone can relax outside on the patio furniture. Shorepine Village has two miles of paved bike and walking paths that come right up to the back of the house giving you the best access in the village. Take a ride on these with the provided bikes. Bring your laptop for free high speed wireless internet! No smoking and no pets please. Cleaning fee: $75.00.
