This beach house will soon become your family’s favorite. Our home is located in Pacific City, OR in the award winning community of Shorepine Village. Our home has a beautiful private fenced backyard and it is just steps from the the dune ramp to the beach. We are also just a short 2 block walk to the Pelican Brew Pub.

Our home is a beautiful, unique 2 story home with 2 bedroom, and 2.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds and each have their own private bathrooms. All of our beds have very comfortable mattresses. Each bedroom has a Flat panel TV with built in DVD and digital cable. Downstairs you will find a fully stocked kitchen. Whether you are making a holiday feast, preparing sushi, or just cracking crab we have all the tools to make it easy and fun! The living room has a wonderful real stone fireplace that warms the house and creates a very cozy atmosphere. There is a large flat panel TV with digital cable and DVD stereo system with Ipod dock. Our home has a WIFI network set-up so if you need to check your email you can do so from anywhere in the house, back deck or on top of the dune ramp! You will find a DVD library, board games, puzzles, books, and some toys in the living room. In the garage you will find a foos ball table, a drop down basketball net with score keeper, cable tv, 4 cruiser bikes with helmets, 4 disc sleds for sliding down the dunes. No need to bring sand toys, there is a huge bucket full for your kids to use. Last but not least there is a full size weber gas grill on the back deck, Maytag Neptune Washer and Dryer, as well as an array of outdoor chairs and tables. We recently added a private fully enclosed outdoor shower on the side deck. This is GREAT for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
