Munson Creek Falls

While there are numerous waterfalls throughout Tillamook County, most of the accessible ones are small. The exception is Munson Creek Falls, located about 7 miles south of Tillamook. Munson Creek Falls ranks as the highest waterfall in the coast range, dropping 266 feet over spectacularly rugged cliffs. Sandlake Recreation Area

The Sand Lake Recreation area is located along Oregon’s North Coast. 15 miles southwest of Tillamook; between Cape Lookout and Cape Kiwanda. It covers 1,076 acres of open sand dunes, surrounded by forests and adjacent to the Pacific Ocean. The sand lake recreation area offers a variety of recreational opportunities such as OHV riding on the dunes and beach, fishing, swimming, crabbing, kayaking, hiking and wildlife viewing.

The Three Capes Scenic Drive is one of the best things to do while on the Oregon Coast, giving you a taste of the most beautiful and unique villages and towns in the state of Oregon.
