OCTOBER 20: WINE 101 WITH TWIST WINE COMPANY

Saturday October 20th at 4pm in the Latitude meeting room at Headlands Lodge: Join us with local winemakers Sean and Chenin Carlton as they share the process and history of wine making with special emphasis on the role of smell and taste. Following years of apprenticeship in the wineries of Napa and Sonoma, Sean and Chenin brought their winemaking skills to Oregon in 2001, launching their own company, Twist Wine, in 2006. Twist Wine Bar and Lounge is located right here in Pacific City, their winery in nearby McMinnville. Their mission is to make good wine approachable. Their knowledge is vast and their passion is contagious. Don’t miss this opportunity to deepen your understanding of wine and winemaking.
