Love the location, but we also appreciate the overall consistency of the homes in their cleanliness, amenities, features, condition, etc. We can pick any home that fits with how many guests we will have, and the experience is always very good. Love the setup.

Location, location, location! Also, we were very pleased with the Shorepine team who helped us with all the small details of bringing a large group of people (7 homes and 50 family members) together for our 4-day reunion. They were friendly, very responsive and had answers for all of our needs.

The biking/walking trails the cul de sac we were staying in was perfect for all the small cousins to ride their bikes in and feel safe. the houses we rented 6 were in a great location for a family reunion

We like everything about Shorepine--the variety of beach activities, the bike trails, the Pelican pub, the well appointed house and the the large dining room/game table!

Location and the home itself had most of what we needed. What we like most is the bikes/scooters and toys, books already available in the home - we don't have to pack ANYTHING to entertain our kids which is awesome! This year there was a Plasmacar scooter in the garage which our son LOVED! And then the boardwalk beach access is fantastic. We've been coming for 4 years in a row and I'd say these are the primary reasons.

The house was GREAT. The walking/biking trails were so nice to get to the beach and/or town without having to go on the main roads. Loved the bikes AND the helmets supplied. We left an i-pad charger and we were called to see if we wanted to have it mailed to us ... that is such an appreciated kindness. I am definitely telling my friends about this wonderful place.

The house was very comfortable and accommodated us nicely. Linens, towels and other furnishings were great. The TV's and such worked and were easy to use. The bicycles, kites, etc. were very fun. It was a great family vacation spot, and we'll come back again in the next year or two, and recommend it to others.

Both homes where we've stayed have provided everything we need to have a comfortable and restful stay... and the beautiful ocean and beach are just steps away.

The lovely decor in the home we stayed in was just like being in our own home....very cozy. The extra touch in the choice in linens was wonderful. We all enjoyed the bike paths, from 6 to 60 years old we had a blast! The children couldn't get enough of the sand dunes and the ocean. The entire experience was wonderful. Thanks for making our stay in Pacific City a memorable one. We are already talking about doing it again!

We loved being so close to the ocean and still feeling private. The house was the perfect size for our family of 6 adults, some single, some married. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed and we loved having space for visiting and for smaller groupings. Beds were comfortable.

All the homes are consistently good, the location is great, the bike trails are perfect for kids, and the minimal traffic is great too.

Loved this home, and it's location (cul-de-sac and near the boardwalk). Everything worked and it was very comfortable. We will definitely want to stay in this home in the future and look forward to the day when we can afford to purchase.

The staff was so very accommodating throughout our stay, from revising our booking, providing adequate bicycles for our group, and making a movie night complete. Excellence in service!

The cabin was spacious and very family friendly. Plenty of room for the whole family to do whatever they wanted without being in each other's way.

Unit 93 had great bedding arrangement for our family! We enjoyed the ability to travel to the coast with our dog, a very important factor for us. Really appreciated the firewood available for purchase in the garage!

Staff were very receptive to two issues that arose and things were corrected quickly when we called. Driftwood was an exceptional unit, perfect for a larger party. Very modern, loved having our own Internet and all the TV's in each bedroom.
