Easy beach access, pet friendly choices, nice houses, love being able to do laundry, and the convenience of cooking own meals instead of going to a restaurant everyday. This has become a yearly (maybe even twice yearly) tradition.

We really like the unit we always stay in because it's totally set up for family's with young kids - lots of toys in the house and garage that our boys loved. We especially appreciate the adult bike with the child seat in back since we don't have one of these ourselves so it's a treat to use it when we're there. Also the red wagon is a must-have. Great place!

Wonderful preservation of the wild nature of the pines, and dune grass. The skyway to the beach over the dunes is spectacular!

The location is great for walking to everything; beach, Pelican and other restaurants and coffeeshop. Having one's own private space is nice. We loved being able to include our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. We had a wonderful time.

Proximity to the beach, bike path (our boys could ride around unattended) and home layout. Not to mention the home was adorable! High marks for the decorator. Bottom line, we loved our vacation and hope to make an annual visit to Shorepine. My husband even suggested we check on availability for September - get one more visit in this year
Thank you!

We love Shorepine Village. The path and boardwalk to the beach are wonderful. The houses/condos are well insulated(from noisy neighbors). Check in/out is easy. All the units we have stayed in are very nicely decorated and the floor plans are well planned.

Having bicycles in the garage we could use was really nice. The houses were really clean and reasonably stocked as well.

The house was very spacious with plenty of room for the six of us. Since we had dogs with us, the fenced backyard was particularly nice. It was very close to the wooden stairs and a short walk to the Pelican Pub.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, love the boardwalk to get to the beach. Enjoyed the free movie rentals, especially because one of our children was sick and we couldn't get out much.

We love Pacific City, everything it has to offer and all that it doesn't (traffic, noise, etc.). Being in a HOME in Pacific City is the frosting on the cake. Thanks to all of the home owners that share with us.

We loved the solitude of the "off-season." We felt like we had the place to ourselves. We loved exploring the dunes, the tide pools and the pathways in the complex. I rented the house for my family who was visiting from back east, and they had such a great time. Thanks for helping to create wonderful memories of their coastal experience! We hope to rent again next year.

A friend of mine told me if you ever stay at shorepine village, you'll never want to rent a motel room again. They were right! Our entire experience was beyond words. After experiencing a 3 day 2 night trip to Sandcastle #43,we'll never stay anywhere else! The home is pet friendly, as are many of the homes, yet very clean. All the ameneties of home are available. The home is beautifully designed and furnished. You are so close to the beach it's amazing. Walking on the trails early in the morning and at dusk leave you speechless, and watching the trees in the breeze and birds. It's a good sized community, however, it's extremely quiet and peaceful. To sit side by side...

I would like to tell you that we had a fabulous time and would love to return. We might even allow our husbands to come. Maybe not! We girls enjoyed ourselves. The house and accomodations were wonderful. Thank you also for finding and returning the baby blanket. It has made for a much more pleasant bedtime. Have a wonderful week and we look forward to returning. Thank you.
