I love Pacific City. I like that the properties are new, clean, nicely furnished, you have a gym and nice club house. Also, the proximety to the beach is great. From the houses closer to the water, you can hear the waves.

House was very clean, quiet, modern and comfortable. Proximity to the board walk and beach was great. My son (almost 3) had a blast in the sand and running on the beach in February! he loved the house so much he didn't want to leave!!!
