This unit is spacious with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a loft area, full dining area, and single detached garage (equipped with four bikes with helmets, gas BBQ grill, patio table, chairs and umbrella. The first floor has an open layout with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and full dining area. The family room offers a large flat screen TV with cable, VCR and DVD player along with books, puzzles, games, and a gas fireplace. The first floor bedroom has a king size bed and cable TV with an adjacent full bathroom.The second floor offers a great loft area witha full sized futon/bed and a TV with cable, VCR, and DVD player. The upstairs master bedroom offers a queen sized bed and has a full bathroom with double sinks. The upstairs third bedroom has a twin sized bed plus a bunk bed along with a few beach toys. There is also a queen air mattress with pump available. PETS ARE WELCOME in this home for an additional fee of $20.00 per pet, per night. Cleaning Fee: $75.00.
