The 2013 Winter Brewers Dinner set for Saturday, January 19th, will be an amazing dinner spotlighting culinary delights from India paired with some of our award winning beers. We’re excited to present the following menu.
Vegetable Somosa with Mango Chutney
Pairing: Nestucca ESB
Chicken marinated with yogurt and spices, served with cucumber and mint raita
Pairing: Silverspot IPA
Spicy chicken soup with coconut milk, apples, carrot, and cashews
Pairing: Doryman’s Dark Ale
Light and refreshing salad of lentils, cucumber, tomato, celery, and onion dressed with chaat masala vinaigrette; served with fresh baked naan
Pairing: Kiwanda Cream Ale
Indian Curry Trio
Rogan Josh: lamb curry spiced with almonds, poppy seeds, clove, and garam masala;
Duck Makhani: duck curry spiced with yogurt, chilies, lemon juice, and garam masala;
Goan Salmon Curry: West India curry with coconut milk, corriander, green chilies, and salmon;
served with seasoned basmati rice
